HomeWhat We Do
What we do

We find what’s holding you back, and fix it.

Our core offering is a structured assessment of your restaurant. It ends with a written report of specific, phased, costed recommendations, and we can follow it with hands-on digital implementation.

Our approach

Practical by design, tailored by default.

We know restaurant owners aren’t looking for a long consulting engagement. We keep the process light and the disruption minimal, and we give you something you can act on.

We protect your identity. We won’t recommend changes to your menu, staff or culture unless you ask us to. Our job is to help more people discover and enjoy what you already do well.

See it fresh

We look at your restaurant the way a first-time customer would, both online and on the sidewalk.

Measure it

We back our observations with research on reviews, competitors, costs and systems.

Phase it

We sort every recommendation into now, next or later, each with a cost and an expected outcome.

Build it

If you’d like, we can carry out the digital work ourselves and keep it running.

How it works

Seven simple steps. Zero surprises.

Every engagement starts with a site visit. The scope is agreed up front, priced as a fixed fee, and you’re never obligated to go beyond the assessment itself.

Schedule step one
  1. 01
    Week 0

    Initial conversation Free

A short conversation, ideally in person. We want to understand what’s working, what isn’t and what you’d most like to improve. If it’s clear we can add value, we’ll outline a proposed scope and fee.

  2. 02
    Week 0

    Scope agreement

We agree on which services are included and confirm a fixed fee. We keep the paperwork to a minimum.

  3. 03
    Week 1

    On-site evaluation

We spend two to three hours at your restaurant, including the back of house, and talk with you and your staff. We stay out of the way of your service.

  4. 04
    Weeks 1–5

    Research & analysis

We audit your digital presence, analyze your reviews, research your competitors and, if it’s in scope, review your spending.

  5. 05
    Week 6

    Assessment report

We deliver your written report, organized into phases with cost estimates and expected impact, and walk you through it in person.

  6. 06
    Weeks 7–11

    Follow-on implementation

If you’d like help with the digital work, like a website build or a profile setup, we scope and price it separately. It’s entirely optional.

  7. 07
    Month to month

    Continued maintenance

Ongoing hosting, website updates and platform upkeep for a simple monthly fee, if and when you want it.

The deliverable

Inside your assessment report.

The report is the main product of every engagement. It’s a written document, a slide deck or both, and it lays out our findings and a clear path forward.

  • Executive summary

The most important findings and the recommendations we feel most strongly about, for when you want the headline first.

  • Phased recommendations

Sorted into now, next and later, so you can act without feeling overwhelmed.

  • Cost estimates

Based on typical local vendor and contractor pricing, and clearly labeled as estimates rather than quotes.

  • Expected outcomes

What each change should do for you, such as more foot traffic, better reviews or lower food costs.

Three phases

Start today. Plan for tomorrow.

1
Phase one · Now

Low cost, high impact

Immediate actions you can take this month, usually with little or no spend.

2
Phase two · Next

Modest investment

Near-term actions that need a decision or a small budget, with costs spelled out.

3
Phase three · Later

Longer-term upside

Higher-commitment moves with longer payback, and potentially significant returns.
